Overview

Cash Flow Fund 2 is a strategic investment opportunity designed to deliver strong, reliable cash flow from day one**, with monthly distributions. The fund is projected to generate 12–15%** annualized cash flow, depending on the investment amount, beginning the first full month after investing*. By allocating capital across both Private Credit and Asset-Backed Promissory Notes, the fund provides diversified, risk-adjusted exposure while prioritizing capital security. The Private Credit allocation is underwritten conservatively to protect downside, while the Asset-Backed Promissory Notes are structured to occupy a preferential position in the capital stack, reducing risk. With a holding period of five years or more and the option for rolling redemptions after a 2.5-year lock-up, the fund is built to offer consistent returns alongside enhanced liquidity. **These returns are based on past performance and past experiences of the Sponsors in the real estate, and private credit space.
